L.E.K. Consulting in Paris seeks an Associate to gain exposure to multiple industry sectors and a wide variety of commercial challenges, with rapid development of analytical skills in a collaborative and team-based environment.

As you progress you will take on significant responsibility and build leadership capabilities, supported by a comprehensive two‑week orientation, monthly training sessions, and the International Experience and Exchange Programme.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Relevant professional experience.
• Notable extracurricular interests.
• Fluency in another European language is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and customers
• Performing rigorous strategic and financial analyses using leading‑edge software and techniques to understand commercial issues
• Collaborating with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights and transform into actionable recommendations for the client
• Coaching colleagues and contributing to a welcoming and friendly office culture
