Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Manager-in-Training-style role in Paris to lead crew, ensure top customer service, and manage daily store operations. You will supervise associates, assist with stock, and be prepared to act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow the customer with friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Open/close store; handle cash and security.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
