ALO in Saint-Tropez is seeking a Store Manager (Seasonal Fixed-Term) to own the store's performance, lead a Sales, Operations, and Visual team, and deliver strong results in a dynamic resort market.

STORE MANAGER SCHEDULE
To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).

The Company’s Store Manager base pay ranges from $___- $____/ year. Please also note, Store Managers are eligible to participate in the Company’s Monthly Store Incentive which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. Further, the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for retail employees.
