Role Overview
Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Store Manager will be directly responsible for the overall management and success of all store employees of their FRAME store location.
Responsibilities : Sales Leadership
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Inspire and coach your team to deliver outstanding performance and customer engagement.
- Regularly analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas of opportunity.
Customer Experience
- Ensure all clients receive exceptional, personalized shopping experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Frame’s values and vision to clients.
- Develop strong relationships with VIP clients to build customer loyalty and retention.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring team alignment with Frame’s brand and goals.
- Works with the HR Manager to process all new hire paperwork, status changes, departures, etc.
Operational Excellence
- Manage day-to-day operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with the Department Store operational standards and policies.
- Monitor and address any operational challenges, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Brand Representation
- Maintain the corner’s presentation, ensuring it reflects Frame’s high standards of style and quality.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to execute seasonal updates and maintain brand identity.
- Act as the main point of contact between Frame and the Department Store, fostering a strong partnership.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Fluent in French & English – a 3rd language will be welcomed.
- Ability to drive sales and grow business.
- Experience motivating, leading and developing a team.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Passionate about customer service and selling.
- Solution oriented with a strong business acumen and corporate exposure.
