GUESS Factory is seeking a Keyholder for the Saint-Sauveur store to open the shop when management is unavailable and supervise staff on the floor. You will drive guest service, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure store procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include leading cashier tasks, coaching team members, and handling daily reporting, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving sales and profit and developing a team.
• Minimum one year of sales leadership experience.
• Proficiency with computers and detailed report analysis.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise employees to complete tasks and achieve goals in the absence of store management.
• Lead cashier responsibilities such as returns, exchanges, check approvals, and voucher issuance.
• Open and close the store following the opening checklist.
• Maintain daily merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
• Ensure registers and doors are opened correctly and deposits reconciled.
