Cross Border Talents is seeking Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon. You will support French-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

The role requires C2 French and B2 English, with rotative shifts and relocation support including flight reimbursement and a shared apartment option. Join us to live in one of Europes most vibrant cities.

Do you have C2-level French and B2-level English? We're looking for motivated and solution-focused Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon.

Youll assist French-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy all while living in one of Europes most vibrant cities.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• 07:0023:00 (rotative shifts)
• 2 rotative days off per week
• 24/7 schedule may be introduced later
