The Lacoste Group in Paris is seeking a Supplier Performance Assistant to enhance supplier relationships and improve performance through data analysis. You will work closely with the Head of Sourcing and the Global Sourcing teams, leading the operational deployment of performance scorecards and generating insights for our sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and Power BI, with strong analytical skills to monitor trends in supplier performance. Your role will also involve supporting supplier satisfaction initiatives and managing legal documentation.

The SupplierPerformance Assistant reports directly to the Head of Sourcing Performance andworks closely with the Supplier Performance Manager and the Global Sourcingteams across all sourcing platforms (Asia, Euromed, Americas).

TheSupplier Performance Analyst contributes to the continuous improvement ofsupplier performance through data analysis, KPI monitoring and scorecardmanagement. He / She plays an active role in strengthening Lacoste’s supplierrelationships, acting as a key interface between internal teams and thesupplier base across all geographies.

Vendor Management

• Lead the operational deployment of the Supplier Performance Scorecard across all five supplier tiers (data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting), ensuring on-time delivery and full scope coverage.
• Design and maintain performance monitoring dashboards (Excel / Power BI) tracking key supplier KPIs (OTP, OTA, quality, CSR) and generate actionable insights for the sourcing teams.
• Support the supplier performance manager to lay out better the current scorecard processes.
• Analysesuppliers’ data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• AnalyseSuppliers’ performance evolution and consolidate corrective Action Plans with operational teams.

• Conduct research on market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supplier relationship management.
• Collaborate with CSR global Project teams to define Lacoste Durable Elegance KPIs for Tiers 2/3/4.

• Enhance Suppliers’ relationship management via the organisation of events such as the Supplier Conference and Suppliers satisfaction surveys.
