A leading medical devices company in Antony is looking for an intern for 3 to 6 months to help update their CAD model for the T60 emergency ventilator. Qualifications

• Currently a student seeking a 3 to 6 month internship.
• Training in mechanical engineering or similar field.
• Previous internship experience in the field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Examine the existing assembly structure in SolidWorks and identify errors.
• Create and modify 3D models, ensuring reliability.
• Produce and update technical drawings according to standards.
• Update BOM in Sage ERP system following CAD changes.

Company Overview

Air Liquide Medical Systems is the subsidiary of Air Liquide Healthcare dedicated to medical devices. The company develops, manufactures and sells innovative products in three fields: ventilation (ventilators and patient interfaces for intensive care, emergency care, transport, home), equipment for medical gases and aerosol therapy. With approximately 460 employees worldwide, 245 of whom are in France, all sedentary employees work at our site in Antony (92), from R&D to manufacturing and support functions.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The T60 emergency ventilator, commercialized since 2012, needs an update of its CAD model. Your role will ensure reliability and optimize design data.

Responsibilities

• Analysis: Examine the existing assembly structure in SolidWorks and identify inconsistencies or errors.
• 3D Modeling: Create new parts, modify existing ones, and ensure the reliability of parts and sub‑assemblies in SolidWorks.
• 2D Documentation: Produce and update technical drawings, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Data Management: Update bill‑of‑materials (BOM) in the integrated ERP system Sage in accordance with changes to the CAD models.

Qualifications

• Currently a student seeking a 3 to 6 month internship.
• Training: Bac+3 engineer school (generalist or specialized in mechanical), or Bac+2/Bac+3 (BUT/DUT) specialized in Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous internship experience in the field is a plus.

Specific Knowledge

• SolidWorks mastery is a plus.
