This role is within the SUPPLY CHAIN department and the OTC (Order to Cash) division, in the Customer Finance team, and includes responsibilities described below.
Responsibilities
- Participate in operational tasks with responsibility for a defined client portfolio. The missions are split between two main areas: debt collection / cash collection and credit / risk assessment. This hands-on experience helps you understand procedures and steps to provide monthly performance analyses and recommend relevant optimisations.
- Monitor service performance indicators, update the monthly dashboard, analyse indicators and present action plans.
- Contribute to dashboard animation and work with management to recommend process optimisations and ways of working; assist with implementing proposed actions where possible.
- Be an integral member of the team, contributing to events/activities that support individual development and strengthen team building.
Who you could be
- You have an engineering background or are a business school student (Bac +4/5).
- End-of-studies internship is ideal.
- You are known for your organisation, rigour, pro activity, and ability to analyse and work in a team.
- You have a good understanding of finance service issues and audit constraints, and knowledge of accounting concepts.
- You enjoy working with numbers and dashboards.
- You are proficient in Excel (TOSA >850 points) and have an interest in information systems such as SharePoint.
- You are fluent in English.

- Compensation: €1,300 – €1,500 gross, depending on education level.
