Une entreprise de haute technologie recherche un stagiaire pour un poste de 4 à 6 mois à Cholet. Le candidat idéal aura une formation Bac+4 à Bac+5 en informatique embarquée, de bonnes compétences en C/C++ et un intérêt pour la qualité logicielle. Vous travaillerez sur l'optimisation d'outils de suivi de couverture de tests pour des systèmes embarqués à mémoire limitée.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Analyser le comportement actuel de gcov et les contraintes des environnements embarqués.
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des optimisations pour limiter l'empreinte mémoire de gcov.
• Adapter le logiciel gcov pour faciliter son intégration dans des plateformes embarquées.
• Réaliser des tests de validation sur des cartes cibles.
• Écrire la documentation technique sur les adaptations réalisées.

Stage Details

Stage of 4 to 6 months located at Cholet (49).

Duration 4-6 months.

Objectives

Develop a tool for efficient test coverage tracking while minimizing memory and processor load on embedded systems with very limited memory resources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the current gcov behavior and constraints of memory‑reduced embedded environments.
• Propose and implement optimizations to limit the memory footprint of gcov (data compression, granularity reduction, incremental recording, etc.).
• Adapt the gcov software to facilitate integration into embedded platforms.
• Conduct validation tests on target boards.
• Write technical documentation on the adaptations performed.

Profile

You are in a Bac+4 to Bac+5 formation in embedded computer science and looking for a 4 to 6 month internship.

You have good knowledge in C/C++.

You are familiar with embedded environments.

You have an interest in software quality.

Your ability to work autonomously and propose innovative solutions are assets recognized.
