• Innovation & AI: develop and implement AI use cases (Google Gemini, Workspace, Notebook LM) to automate and optimize processes.
• Data analysis & modelling: analyze client consumption profiles to improve billing simulation tools.
• Strategic support: perform ad hoc analyses to assist Energy Managers in energy procurement strategies.
• Continuous improvement: document methods and processes used by the team.

Au sein du groupe Air Liquide, Air Liquide France Industrie (ALFI) produit et distribue des gaz industriels (notamment oxygène, azote, hydrogène et argon) pour des clients des secteurs de la chimie, de la sidérurgie, du raffinage et de l'énergie.

Notre activité Grande Industrie exploite des installations particulièrement électro-intensives. Avec plusieurs centaines d'euros dépensés chaque année en électricité et gaz naturel, l’énergie représente notre premier poste de coût opérationnel en France. Dans ce contexte, l'équipe Energy Management joue un rôle clé : elle gère le portefeuille d’approvisionnement de la filiale (électricité, gaz naturel, quotas CO₂) et accompagne les équipes commerciales dans la structuration des contrats.

Nous cherchons un/une stagiaire pour 6 mois, dès que possible, pour travailler au sein de notre siège à Bagneux (92), au cœur des enjeux de la transition énergétique et de l'innovation digitale.

MISSIONS

• Innovation & Intelligence Artificielle : Développement et implémentation de cas d’usage IA (Google Gemini, Workspace, Notebook LM) visant à automatiser et optimiser nos processus métiers au quotidien
• Data Analyse & Modélisation : Analyse approfondie des profils de consommation de nos clients industriels afin d'améliorer la précision de nos outils de simulation de facturation
• Support Stratégique : Réalisation d’analyses ad hoc pour épauler les Energy Managers dans la définition et l'optimisation des stratégies d'achat d'énergie
• Amélioration Continue : Structuration et documentation des méthodes et processus utilisés au sein de l’équipe pour capitaliser sur notre expertise.

• Formation : Bac+3/4 minimum, Bac+5 recommandé (école d’ingénieur ou de commerce).
• Connaissances techniques : excellente maîtrise des tableurs (Google Sheet, Excel) et forte appétence pour les fonctionnalités des outils d’IA actuels.
• Aptitudes : Esprit analytique, rigueur, capacité à travailler en autonomie
• Langues : Français bilingue; Anglais professionnel
