Activities

The Offshore Wind Legal Department is looking for a Legal Intern.

More specifically, you will participate, in coordination with the team’s lawyers, in the following tasks:

  • Drafting and review of contracts and related documents (preliminary contracts, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements, bid submission documents, guarantees, power purchase agreements, construction contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, etc.);
  • Managing corporate matters (company incorporations, shareholder/board resolutions, delegations of authority, share transfers, shareholder loans, etc.);
  • Interacting with operational and business teams;
  • Contributing to the development of appropriate tools to support the activity (templates, guidelines, knowledge improvement, suitable document management systems, etc.);
  • Managing the hiring, use, quality, and cost of external legal advisors.

You will be fully involved in the life of the Legal Department and, as such, will participate in cross-functional projects and meetings.

Are you currently in the second year of a Master’s program in law (public or private law), and looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in January 2026?
