Job summary

Betclic Group in Bordeaux is seeking an Intern - Sponsoring Assistant to join the Partnerships team. From day one you’ll support project managers across sponsorship activities, helping manage portfolios and deliverables.

You will help prepare partnership analyses, track assets for leagues and clubs, and keep sponsorship tools up to date while monitoring market trends. This role offers hybrid work and real-world experience in a fast-growing tech-driven company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data/tools for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist Partnerships / Sponsorship team on day-to-day activities.
• Support project managers across sponsorship portfolios and events.
• Help prepare partnership summaries and reports, track deliverables.

ENTER THE GAME

As an Intern - Sponsoring Assistant, you will be Integrated into the Partnerships / Sponsorship team, you will support the project managers across all their activities.

Your ultimate goal will be to help grow Betclic’s player base while maximizing reach and engagement among our target audience.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Managing and implementing the ticketing tool
• Supporting the sponsorship project managers in managing their partnership portfolios
• Assisting the team with partnership servicing before and during events
• Tracking deliverables for League and Club assets
• Preparing partnership summary and analysis reports
• Keeping the tools used by the team up to date
• Monitoring and analysing the market

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if you are:

• Studying marketing at Master’s level (business school or equivalent university programme) and looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship
• Passionate about sport, ideally including sports betting
• Experienced in working for organisations where sponsorship and brand activations are central to the development strategy
• Strong in analysis, with an understanding of how to maximise the return on sponsorship activities and a data- and results-oriented mindset
• Business-minded and results-oriented
• Proficient with office and IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Fluent in French and English
• Dynamic, methodical, thorough, proactive and responsive

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS

If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Gregor Dunikowski and Lucas Dupriez, Partnerships marketing specialists, your future managers, followed by Damien Freal, Head of Sponsoring. Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes up to 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
