VOTRE FUTURE TEAM:
- Contribuer à structurer, fiabiliser et enrichir les données utilisées dans les reportings Commercial Finance.
- Apporter un regard curieux et analytique sur les reportings existants, en proposant progressivement des améliorations de contenu, de format ou de lecture.
- Aider à transformer les données commerciales en analyses plus lisibles, plus qualitatives et plus utiles pour la prise de décision.
- Participer à des analyses ponctuelles et projets ad hoc permettant de répondre à des questions business concrètes.
Business partnering et collaboration avec les équipes locales et internationales :
- Collaborer avec les équipes business et finance locales et internationales afin de mieux comprendre leurs enjeux, leurs priorités et les dynamiques de performance commerciale.
- Aider à collecter, consolider et organiser les inputs transmis par les différents interlocuteurs, en veillant à la cohérence des informations utilisées dans les analyses.
- Contribuer à traduire les données commerciales en messages simples, clairs et utiles pour les équipes Finance et Business.
- Développer progressivement une posture de business partner junior, en adoptant une approche collaborative, curieuse et proactive.
LE PROFIL IDEAL RECHERCHE
- Étudiant(e) en master en administration des affaires, en économie ou en finance avec une spécialisation en finance, comptabilité ou domaines connexes.
- Solides compétences en MS Office, avec une maîtrise avancée d'Excel (la connaissance de Power BI est un plus).
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à comprendre les tâches rapidement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation.
- Esprit orienté solutions et attitude proactive.
- Curieux(se), attentif(ve) et désireux(se) d’apprendre.
- Esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer dans un environnement dynamique.
- Maitrise de l'anglais courant (minimum C1)

Support the company's Commercial Finance performance management, with a primary focus on sales and commercial dynamics, by contributing to planning, analysis, and monitoring activities while developing a holistic understanding of the business.
YOUR PLAYING FIELD
Commercial Performance Analysis and Business Support
- Contribute to the analysis of Commercial Finance performance, with a focus on sales, revenue, trade discounts, customers, and product categories.
- Support the preparation and updating of performance tracking reports, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication of key messages.
- Help identify major trends, variances, and areas of attention to support a better understanding of commercial performance drivers.
- Contribute to the preparation of simple, visual, and business-oriented presentations to support discussions with leadership teams.
Reporting, Analysis Quality, and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to structuring, validating, and enhancing the data used in Commercial Finance reporting.
- Bring a curious and analytical perspective to existing reports by progressively suggesting improvements in content, format, or usability.
- Help transform commercial data into clearer, more insightful, and decision-oriented analyses.
- Support ad hoc analyses and projects aimed at answering concrete business questions.
Business Partnering and Collaboration with Local and International Teams
- Collaborate with local and international business and finance teams to better understand their priorities, challenges, and commercial performance drivers.
- Support the collection, consolidation, and organization of inputs from various stakeholders, ensuring consistency across analyses.
- Help translate commercial data into simple, clear, and useful messages for Finance and Business teams.
- Gradually develop a junior business partner mindset through a collaborative, curious, and proactive approach.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Master's degree student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent disciplines.
- Strong MS Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English proficiency (minimum C1 level).
