RIMOWA, part of the LVMH group, is seeking an E-Merchandising & Content Assistant in Paris. You will support the launch of new products on the e-commerce site and create exclusive online content, coordinating with product, marketing and creative teams.

You will brief translation agencies, manage proofreading across regions, and help optimize product sheets and landing pages. A strong command of English and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of higher education in business/related field.
  • Interest in e-commerce and content creation.
  • Analytical and synthesis abilities.
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
  • Knowledge of SFCC and Google Analytics is a plus.

  • Create and manage e-commerce content for product launches.

Working within the Global E-Commerce team in Paris 8e and reporting to the Global E-Commerce Coordinator, the E-Merchandising & Content Assistant supports the launch of new products on the e-commerce website and the creation of exclusive E-commerce content.

The role interacts with multiple departments globally and regionally to support the creation of an impactful online customer journey.

Key tasks :

Creation of E-Commerce content

  • Support product launches on the website in collaboration with the product, marketing and creative teams
  • Brief the translation agency according to a strict schedule, take charge of the proofreading process with all regions
  • Drafting clear briefs for the contribution team for the implementation of updates to the website
  • Help in the Landings Pages creation to support product launches
  • Test the launch of new products/contents before putting them into production
  • Animate the site's permanent images, suggesting new images when rights expire
  • Support regional teams in the creation of their local content requests
  • Ensure brand image consistency on the website
  • Optimize product merchandising across product categories
  • Animate website content, taking into account local events, seasonality and latest news
  • Suggest improvements to optimize product sheets

Reporting

  • Drawing up weekly and monthly reports to analyse the KPIS of actions implemented
  • Summarising feedback and suggesting improvements

Monitor trends and best practices to encourage innovation

Profile

  • 4 or 5 years' higher education (business school, university, IEP, etc.) with an interest in e-commerce and content creation
  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in E-Commerce
  • You have an aesthetic and semantic sensibility, and the ability to analyze and synthesize data
  • You have a perfect command of English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SFCC and Google Analytics is a plus
  • You are a good communicator, rigorous, organized and motivated
