Description du poste

Deployment of the Commercial Calendar Animation Plan:

In collaboration with the E-store Manager, assist with the launch of site animations to support new collections, promotions, and marketing initiatives through new layouts and creative content;

Create and monitor creative briefs for our Web Designer within the specified deadlines (Homepage, landing page);

Contribute to and update content on the sites via Salesforce;

Support the opening and development of new markets;

Participate in weekly and monthly analyses related to the actions taken; propose improvements to the animation plan and digital customer journey based on results to achieve sales objectives.

Second-hand:

Collaborate with our partner Second-hand Faume on operational topics and assist with implementing optimizations;

Contribute to weekly reporting and analysis of the site's commercial performance;

Coordinate creative briefs for the commercial calendar animation plan, including newsletters, and update content on the site via the Shopify back office.

Projects:

Implement SEO recommendations in collaboration with our external partner;

Optimize the relevance of internal search engine results across different sites;

Participate in the launch of technical optimizations and digital projects in collaboration with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and developers, from creating JIRA tickets to UATs and follow-up during deployment and hypercare;

Support the e-commerce team in deploying the A/B testing roadmap to improve conversion rates;

Conduct competitive intelligence to propose evolutions and implement new functionalities.

Qualifications:

Student currently enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 program at a business/digital school or equivalent university, aspiring to specialize in e-commerce;

Enthusiastic and passionate about digital and innovation;

First experience in a company, ideally in digital or sales, with knowledge of e-commerce;

Analytical and commercial mindset;

Dynamic, autonomous, and methodical, with a team-oriented approach;

Proactive, curious, and capable of proposing solutions;

Good level of English and strong communication skills;

Knowledge of Salesforce, Shopify, or CMS management, Content Square, GA4, or Jira would be a plus.

Additional Information:

Internship available ASAP for a duration of 6 months;
