Job summary

Air Liquide France Industrie, a leader in industrial gases, offers an internship where you will support the direct France procurement team. You will extract and process data on supplier spend, register supplier contracts, and provide administrative assistance including emailing and information gathering from ALFI operations.

Responsibilities

• Data extraction and processing (supplier spend, quote analysis)
• Register suppliers and contracts in databases
• Administrative support such as emailing, tracking supplier responses, collecting information from ALFI operations
• Participate in procurement projects: analyze current situation, collect data, organize and present findings, assess supplier offers and suggest negotiation levers

Rattaché à l’Acheteur Direct France, dans le cadre de ce stage, vous apportez votre support à l’équipe dans leurs initiatives quotidiennes:

• Extractions et traitement de données (spend fournisseurs, analyse devis)
• Enregistrement des fournisseurs, des contrats dans les bases de données
• Support administratif tels que: Emailing, suivi des réponses fournisseurs, collecte d’information auprès des Opérations d’ALFI, etc.

Dans le cadre de certains projets Achats, vous participerez à la première étape de la stratégie:

• Analyse de la situation existante, en lien avec les sites concernés (approche TCO)
• Collecte des données, organisation et restitution
• Analyse des offres fournisseurs et proposition de leviers de négociation
• Proposition d’améliorations pour soutenir la stratégie Achat
