Lilly France SAS is seeking an engineering intern at the Fegersheim site to enhance production line monitoring for insulin pen assembly. You will analyze current monitoring, identify improvements, and help implement data-driven methods to boost efficiency, quality and traceability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with technical teams, training of production staff, and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment in Grand Est, France.

Qualifications

• Student in final year of engineering with related field.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring systems and quality control.
• Proficiency with data analytics software and tools.
• Fluent English required (C1 level).

Présentation de l'organisation et du sujet de stage : Rattaché à la Direction Engineering du site de Fegersheim, l’entité Engineering Packaging/Device est composée d’environ 75 personnes, avec des compétences allant du technicien de maintenance aux experts et ingénieurs techniques. Vous aurez pour objectif d’améliorer le monitoring des lignes de production d'assemblage de stylos d'insuline afin d'optimiser l'efficacité, la qualité et la traçabilité de nos processus de fabrication.

Responsabilités

• Analyser les systèmes de monitoring actuellement en place sur les lignes de production.
• Identifier les points d'amélioration pour augmenter la précision et la rapidité des contrôles.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles méthodes de collecte et d'analyse des données.
• Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour intégrer les nouvelles solutions de monitoring.
• Former le personnel de production à l'utilisation des nouveaux outils de monitoring.

Profil recherché / Connaissances requises

• Étudiant(e) en dernière année de cycle d’Ingénieur
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes de monitoring et de contrôle qualité.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels de data Analytics
• Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable (Niveau C1)
• Esprit d’équipe
• Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’initiative
• Bonne communication orale et écrite.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is € - €.
