Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Staff) in Advanced Technology for architecture, design, and development of prototype software for robotic surgery and digital orthopaedic applications.

You will lead the software team, ensure documentation and traceability, and collaborate across R&D, controls, mechanical, electrical, clinical, quality and regulatory teams in a fast-paced agile environment.

Qualifications

• Licence or master in software engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience including embedded, application or control software development.
• Experience leading or managing software engineers.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design and development for advanced technology prototypes and proof-of-concept software.
• Directly supervise and develop a team of software engineers, including goal setting and performance feedback.
• Lead daily agile execution, sprint planning, and tracking for software development.
