BAO, a fast-growing tech startup in Paris, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to help build AI infrastructure and distributed systems. You’ll contribute directly to the foundations of the product with significant ownership and architectural influence.

Work on AI agent orchestration, high-volume workloads, and scalable systems in an engineering-driven environment with autonomy and high standards for technical quality. The compensation reflects the role with a competitive base salary and equity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building scalable or highly distributed systems.
• Ability to own complex technical challenges end-to-end.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, LLMs, agentic systems, distributed computing, or developer infrastructure is a strong plus.
