Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to transform the mobile app into an AI-powered health companion. You will lead mobile architecture, elevate code quality, and guide the mobile platform's technical direction across a committed team in a hybrid Paris setting.

You will mentor engineers, drive feature development for a superior UX, and collaborate with product and design while leveraging a modern stack including React Native, Rails, and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building high-usage mobile applications.
• Deep expertise in React Native and mobile development best practices.
• Experience establishing technical standards and improving code quality at scale.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve mobile architecture patterns and technical standards for the patient domain.
• Drive technical excellence across mobile development, ensuring high code quality and best practices.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and guide architectural decisions for the mobile platform.
• Mentor and support mobile engineers in implementing robust, scalable solutions.
• Lead by example in building features that enhance the user experience and app performance.
