Job summary

Decathlon Digital is seeking an Individual Contributor Lead to guide the E-Commerce Web domain across Lille and Paris. You will partner with Staff Engineers, Staff PMs, and a dedicated UXR to define long-term roadmaps, establish web principles, and orchestrate four squads across Acquisition, Navigation, Decision and Conversion.

• Proven ability to define long-term web roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Experience leading multi-squad initiatives and aligning product strategy with UX goals.
• Strong understanding of CRO methods and experimentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Staff Engineers, Staff PMs and UXR to shape roadmaps and prioritise work across squads.
• Define the long-term web design strategy and principles for scalable product and commercial roadmaps.
• Drive alignment across Acquisition, Navigation, Decision, and Conversion squads for a cohesive journey.
• Tailor web UX direction to key segments, driving personalization and context-aware journeys.
• Track web performance metrics like SEO, CTR, conversion rate and retention.
