Decathlon Digital’s Decathlon App team in Lille or Paris is seeking a Staff Product Manager (f/m/d) to scale our mobile platform across multiple product teams with high autonomy and a cohesive app ecosystem.

You will own strategic direction, architecture, and roadmaps, lead cross-functional collaboration with engineers and UX designers, and drive discovery, de-risking, and AI-enabled product initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in mobile native apps (iOS/Android).
• Strong background in e-commerce, retail or omnichannel digital platforms.
• Proven ability to align multiple squads, define MVP/V0/V1 and architecture.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling with data-driven insights.

Responsabilités

• Own macro value across mobile initiatives and ecosystem.
• Deliver narratives to executives and cross-functional stakeholders to align roadmaps.
• Set strategic direction for key user segments and native touchpoints.
• Track macro success metrics: Awareness, Traffic, Conversion, Retention, Repeat Purchase Rate.
• Define functional architecture and distribute scope across feature squads.
• Collaborate with engineers and UX designers to align architecture and product vision.
• Design connected user journeys from discovery to in-store interactions and checkout.
• De-risk high-stakes app initiatives through validation loops (A/B tests, prototypes).
• Upskill PM community and promote AI-first product practices.
