Job summary

Sia is seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our AI & Data team in Paris. You will implement cutting-edge GenAI algorithms and solutions, collaborating with Data Scientists and Platform Engineers to deploy cost-efficient, scalable AI applications.

You will design prompts, select models, and fine-tune systems, balancing performance, security, and compliance, while advancing state-of-the-art AI capabilities across industries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills, with Python proficiency.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience in NLP and NLU, vector embeddings, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of both proprietary and open-source ecosystems (OpenAI, AWS, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Mistral.ai, Qwen).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• French is required; professional English fluency expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Generative AI across varied sectors within a cross-functional team.
• Design and build GenAI-powered applications, self-managed or API-based, compliant with GDPR and EU AI Act.
• Develop prompts and orchestrate prompts, chains, and agents for robust user interactions and outputs.
• Prototype, benchmark, and validate GenAI solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
• Research and implement advanced GenAI techniques, staying current with industry developments.
• Document processes and best practices for knowledge sharing.
