Job summary

Genpact Onsite Services - France Branch is seeking a sourcing buyer to manage end-to-end sourcing projects, ensuring maximum value via savings and client benefits. You will handle quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations, and lead RFP/RFX/RFQ processes with ERP tools.

Responsibilities include proactive spend opportunity engagements, transactional desk support, and collaboration with category managers to deliver procurement requirements and compliance with contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, engineering, logistics or related field.
• Certifications CPSM or ISM preferred.
• Experience with RFP/RFX/RFQ and procurement tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals and/or negotiate contracts of low to moderate value/risk.
• Manage RFP/RFX/RFQ processes via ERP/procurement tools; eAuction experience mandatory.
• Support S2P and P2P processes and contract drafting per client instructions.
• Record savings and engage with operational teams to review pipeline and opportunities.

Your focus should be on ensuring delivery of sourcing projects to the client with maximum value addition in terms of savings / benefits to the client.ResponsibilitiesProcure goods and services, obtain quotation, develop proposals and/or negotiate contracts of low to moderate value/risk consistent with client requirements.Good understanding and experience of RFP / RFX / RFQ is required to be managed via formal ERP / procurement tool-based sourcing.
