Key job responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AWS Database services portfolio
• Execute database modernization initiatives, focusing on: RDS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), Amazon Aurora, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Neptune
• Develop compelling business cases for database transformation
• Work with customers to identify and implement modernization opportunities
• Partner with AWS teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
• Support database migration projects and proof-of-concepts

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise database sales experience, with proven track record in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL environments
• Strong understanding of database architectures and modernization patterns
• Experience selling database solutions to enterprise customers
• Background in database licensing and TCO analysis
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Master’s degree in technical or business field
• Technical expertise in: Oracle Database environments, Microsoft SQL Server, Open-source databases, NoSQL technologies
• Experience with AWS migration tools (DMS, SCT)
• Understanding of database performance optimization
• Knowledge of compliance requirements
• Track record of $20M+ annual revenue generation
