The full-time Learning & Development Partner is located in France at West’s Le Nouvion site. This strategic role owns execution of key learning priorities, consults with leaders and stakeholders on learning solutions, manages learning projects, facilitates programs, and supports learning strategies that improve capability, compliance, performance, engagement, and culture.

Responsabilités

• Act as local representative within global working teams, ensuring the implementation of global Learning & Talent Development processes while addressing site-specific learning and capability development needs.
• Develop and execute the site’s Learning & Development strategy, aligned with the global People Strategy and local business requirements, ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory training obligations.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs, learning materials, and development initiatives; mentor site trainers and advise functional teams on effective learning solutions and delivery methods.
• Facilitate global Learning & Talent Development programs and drive local adoption to support employee growth and organizational capability.
• Coordinate and enhance the New Hire Onboarding experience in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring effective integration and rapid workforce readiness.
• Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of critical competency curricula, qualification, certification, and requalification programs, ensuring employees maintain required skills and competencies.
• Monitor training effectiveness through audits and performance reviews, participate in root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to strengthen learning outcomes and compliance.
• Design and deliver innovative learning solutions using proven instructional design methodologies, project management practices, and blended learning approaches to address site needs.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to support employee development through Individual Development Plans, career pathing, professional development discussions, and performance enablement processes, preparing employees for current and future roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership on Learning & Talent Development strategies, capability building, succession planning, and talent development

Job Summary

This role partners closely with HR, senior leaders, managers, Quality, Operations, content owners, and Learning & Development colleagues across West to identify business and performance needs, design or recommend learning solutions, lead implementation, and evaluate outcomes. Supports funding and resource planning for learning initiatives and helps drive performance enablement processes across the organization.

To be successful in this role, the individual must be able to work independently, manage complex priorities, influence stakeholders, lead projects, provide consultative guidance, and advocate for consistent, sustainable, and standardized learning practices.
