Job summary

Geely France is seeking a Spare Parts Operations Manager to oversee inventory, order processing, and supplier performance for the French market. You will develop pricing strategies, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate with after-sales, repair, and sales teams to ensure availability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong project management, cost analysis, and Excel/Power BI proficiency, with fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts management, supply chain, or after-sales operations, with preference for French/European markets.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all spare parts activities in the French market, including inventory control, order processing, logistics coordination, and supplier performance management.
• Develop and continuously improve rolling order management systems to ensure timely replenishment and availability of spare parts.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, order statuses, and supplier metrics.
• Analyze spare parts inventory and sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance market competitiveness with profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic pricing decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, pricing performance, and sales results to support management decisions.
• Work closely with after-sales service, warranty, repair network, and sales teams to align spare parts supply with business needs.
• Optimize spare parts management processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional support in handling customer inquiries and complaints related to spare parts availability.
