ixolabs.ai is seeking contributors for IXO Turn Spanish (Spain) recordings to produce reliable written language data. You will listen, transcribe or correct transcripts, annotate and perform a final quality review of outputs.

You will retain meaningful speech context, flag ambiguities, and add the required metadata. This is a remote role paying $15–$25 per hour in USD, with emphasis on fluent Spain Spanish and experience in transcription, annotation and language-data tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spain Spanish with transcription experience
• Ability to correct machine-produced text
• Experience with language-data tools is preferred

Your work at IXO Turn Spanish (Spain) recordings into reliable written language data. The work includes listening, transcript creation or correction, annotation and a final quality review of your output.

Responsibilities

• Capture the spoken content accurately under the assigned transcription convention.


• Compare drafts against the recording and repair missing, incorrect or inconsistent text.


• Review punctuation, formatting and language choices without changing the intended meaning.


• Retain meaningful speech context and add the metadata and notes specified for each assignment.


• Flag unclear audio and unresolved ambiguities with a useful explanation.


• Apply updated guidance consistently and report recurring tool or workflow problems.

Language and working profile

Fluent Spain Spanish and demonstrated experience in transcription, annotation and metadata tagging are required. You must be able to critically correct machine-produced text and work confidently in digital language-data tools. Audio engineering, professional transcription, linguistic study and AI transcription familiarity are useful additional experience.

Bring precise written and spoken communication, a willingness to resolve ambiguous cases, and the organization to manage several assignments. The aim is faithful language data, so an uncertainty flag is more useful than an unsupported guess.

Deliverables and terms

Deliverables are corrected transcripts, required labels or metadata, and notes on cases needing review. IXO will specify conventions, formatting, review standards and schedule before work begins. Follow the approved handling process for assigned recordings and keep the material confidential.

Pay is $15 $25/hr in USD. Work is remote.
