Amo in Paris is seeking a dynamic Content Specialist to own the Spanish market and bring Spanish internet culture to life in our content. You will lead creators, test bold ideas, and push Bump to become a must‑have app in Spain through high‑impact TikToks and UGC campaigns.

You thrive on fast learning, are deeply immersed in Spanish memes, and enjoy collaborating in a fast-moving, in‑person Paris team. This role requires energy, creativity, and a love for experimentation.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years creating short‑form content for brands, agencies, or creators.
• Experience making ads/UGC content.
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok trends and the Spanish creator landscape.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; lived in Spain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow Bump in Spain and own the market.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Spanish market.
• Make high‑performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Spanish creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top Spanish creators.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to turn content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in Paris with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, shape creative direction.
