SAP SE is seeking a Client Delivery Manager for the Sovereign Cloud Delivery team in France. You will act as the primary contact for government and regulated customers, guiding onboarding, service delivery, and cloud transformation initiatives.

You will lead reviews, align cloud services with business objectives, and support renewals and upsell opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction across SAP Sovereign Cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in customer-facing, service delivery, account management, or related roles.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating complex customer engagements across teams.
• Knowledge of Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain processes.
• Solid project management fundamentals and IT infrastructure understanding.
• Understanding of cloud business models and SAP Cloud solutions.
• Experience managing escalations and cross-stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor and main contact for Sovereign Cloud customers.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct business reviews and quarterly planning sessions.
• Align SAP cloud services with customer objectives and goals.
• Promote SAP S/4HANA adoption and cloud standardization.
• Coordinate governance and architecture guidance during transformation.
