Une compagnie d'assurance internationale recherche un souscripteur pour développer et fidéliser son portefeuille d'affaires. Le candidat idéal devra avoir un Bac +5 et au moins quatre à cinq ans d'expérience en assurance dommages. Des compétences commerciales solides et une maitrise de l'anglais sont essentielles. Un environnement de travail inclusif et des possibilités de télétravail sont offerts.

Branch – Professional Insurance

This branch offers professional liability, social‑mandate liability and cyber coverages for specialised professions. Policies are tailored to each métier (IT, consulting, tourism, security, etc.) and a multi‑risque policy is available for the services sector.

Role

As souscripteur, you will develop and fidelise the business volume of a brokerage portfolio by underwriting professional insurance risks. You will apply your commercial development plan to reach defined revenue goals, advise brokers, and provide tailored value and service to clients.

Responsibilities – Underwriting
  • Underwrite risks within the group’s underwriting policy, ensuring timely response to clients.
  • Analyse presented risks and offer pricing, adapting coverages to deliver a performant insurance solution.
  • Analyse and manage the portfolio to optimise profitability.
  • Renew the portfolio, applying group pricing policy and making decisions to ensure long‑term profitability (premium increases, coverage limits, etc.).
  • Follow product and underwriting guide evolution.
  • Coordinate closely with technical, management, marketing and claims teams.
  • Share information and provide market intelligence from broker interactions.
Responsibilities – Commercial Development
  • Define and implement a commercial action plan to reach defined revenue objectives.
  • Build commercial relationships at all hierarchical levels with brokers.
  • Establish partnership operations.
  • Track business volume evolution and implement marketing/commercial actions to grow activity.
  • Measure performance regularly and drive improvement.
Responsibilities – Technical Expertise
  • Act as a true expert in professional insurance, developing knowledge of target sectors to advise brokers effectively.
  • Develop and deliver technical training to partners.
Profile

Holding a Bac +5 in business law, insurance law, or a related field, the applicant will have at least four to five years of confirmed experience in property‑caution and/or damage. Passionate about underwriting, the candidate is pragmatic and possesses strong commercial skills to grow revenue by leveraging broker relationships.

Strong client service orientation and a commitment to quality are essential. Proficiency in English is required to attend internal training and is indispensable for career progression.
