Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Manager Colored Stones & Enamel to oversee the Sourcing & Capacity planning for our Fine Jewelry category. The candidate will manage supplier relations, negotiate terms, and lead continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Ideal applicants should have over 8 years of experience in jewelry or gemstones and possess strong sourcing, communication, and project management skills. Fluency in English along with French or Italian is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in jewelry/gemstones.
• Experience in sourcing/planning in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
