Responsabilités

• Lead Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) applying 9S/8D methods to contain and eradicate top irritants.
• Characterize problems, identify root causes, and deploy corrective and preventive actions.
• Report progress, ensure 9S data quality, manage risks for sponsors, and participate in routines.
• Qualify new Solving Leaders, act as an internal trainer/tutor, and promote the SOLVING culture.
• Animate the Community of Practice, support peers, and share return on experience.

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Solving Leader (f/m) to join our Quality Programme based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team managing QSR (Quality Survey Report), SARI (SAfety Related Items), and In-Service Events. As part of the team, you will be involved in complex problem-solving aiming at reducing non-quality and improving aircraft safety .
