ElevenLabs in France is seeking a Solutions Engineer to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise customer base. You will help scale technical solutions directly with customers and support our sales teams.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, create compelling demonstrations, and develop self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate passion for AI and ElevenLabs products.
• Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support.
• Identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate our product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams.
