Job summary

Fleet, a leading Device-as-a-Service provider, seeks an IT supervision manager to drive cybersecurity for our clients. You will lead PoCs, tailor client configurations, and manage daily security requests while overseeing the cybersecurity portfolio.

The role combines technical oversight with client-facing responsibilities, offering autonomy and growth in a fast-growing European company. Proficiency in French and English is essential, with additional language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in IT or Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of PoCs and trials with clients.
• Configure client accounts to match needs.
• Resolve daily client requests to enable feature usage.
• Oversee the cybersecurity portfolio under supervision.
• Assist in training the sales team on cybersecurity offerings.

Your Contribution: implement our Cybersecurity solution with our clients

You are the IT supervision manager for our clients. At Fleet, you are the key contact

• Help close our biggest clients by leading the technical aspects of PoCs and trials
• Roll out and help configure clients account according to their needs
• Solve clients daily requests to ensure a good use of all features
• Overview the cybersecurity park under our supervision
• Help train our sales team to pitch our Cybersecurity offer

About You

• Masters degree, Licence or equivalent in IT or Cybersecurity
• Fluent in French and English. Spanish is always a plus !
• A previous experience with Sentinel One, Omnissa, Keeper or any MDM/EDR tools would be a plus
