Solutions Consultant – Data Centre & IT Infrastructure

Location: Paris Region, France

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our clients EMEA Team, based in Paris. This role is focused on developing and managing strategic relationships with hyperscalers and technology partners such as NVIDIA, while evangelizing a modern, sustainable approach to data centre design and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with commercial expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to hyperscaler clients and ecosystem partners. You will help define and position innovative solutions in data centre cooling (DLC - Direct Liquid Cooling), power optimisation, and urban interconnectivity, driving both strategic and technical engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute relationship strategies targeting hyperscalers and large-scale data centre operators.
  • Evangelize modern data centre technologies, including direct liquid cooling (DLC), advanced power and thermal management, and next-generation interconnect solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem partners (e.g., NVIDIA, OEMs, integrators) to jointly deliver scalable, high-performance data centre solutions.
  • Engage at both technical and business levels to understand client needs, uncover challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions meet performance, sustainability, and compliance requirements.
  • Address power-related challenges (approx. 40% of the role) by guiding customers on sustainable energy usage, load balancing, and capacity planning.
  • Focus on hyperscaler relationships (approx. 60% of the role), driving business growth through strategic partnerships and long-term engagement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and technical forums, promoting thought leadership in next-generation data centre infrastructure.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven track record (8+ years) in solutions sales, business development, or pre-sales within data centre infrastructure, IT hardware, or hyperscaler environments.
  • Deep understanding of data centre design principles, power and cooling systems, and interconnectivity challenges in urban deployments.
  • Knowledge of Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) and its role in modern high-performance data centres.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with AI / ML workloads, high-performance computing (HPC), or GPU infrastructure a plus.
  • Understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency standards in the data centre industry.
