ALTEN, a global leader in engineering consulting and IT services, is seeking a Solution Manager to maintain the business information system, ensure stability, compliance, and reliability, and partner with customers and service providers to deploy new capabilities.

As a team leader, you will drive deliverables, releases, and upgrades, collaborating with support teams to maximize customer satisfaction and overall performance. This CDI role is based in Boulogne-Billancourt, Île-de-France.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience).
3–5 years of experience in business analysis.
Background in Enterprise service, or industrial CIO organisation is preferred
ITIL certification is preferred.
Professional certification in agile methodologies is preferred.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage deliverables of the support team/contractors and ensure quality and performance.
Oversee and resolve high priority incidents for business users with guidance and stakeholder communication.
Implement and enforce ISO 27001 compliant operational processes.
Manage application audits and ensure platform availability.
Lead platform upgrades, maintenance releases and system patching.
Set governance and manage bodies with customers for the solution.
Identify and implement continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
Report on application support activities and compliance.
