Red Bee Media seeks a senior professional to design and lead advanced architectural solutions for audiovisual production systems in a global environment. You will oversee deployments, ensure compliance with industry standards, and mentor teams across disciplines.

The role emphasizes scalable system design, project leadership, and continuous innovation within cutting-edge AV production technologies. Strong client collaboration and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Audiovisual Engineering, Networks and Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Expert knowledge of audiovisual production standards, ST2110 environments, and related industry standards.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement technical architectures for production systems and needs analysis.
• Oversee audiovisual solution deployments ensuring performance aligns with project objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure clear requirements and tailored solutions.
• Maintain technological watch to keep solutions at the cutting edge of innovation.
• Draft and update technical documentation for projects and deployed systems.
• Train and mentor teams on best practices and new technologies.
