Red Bee Media seeks an experienced senior architect in Boulogne-Billancourt to design and lead advanced audiovisual production architectures. You will drive system design, feasibility studies, and documentation across complex deployments.

Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project objectives, timelines and budgets are met, and fostering innovation in production technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in audiovisual engineering, IT, or related field.
• Master’s degree in audiovisual engineering, networks & telecommunications (preferred).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement technical architectures for production systems, incl. needs analysis and solution design.
• Oversee audiovisual solution deployments, ensuring performance and alignment with project objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to coordinate work and meet deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure requirements and delivery.
• Maintain a technological watch to keep solutions cutting edge.
• Draft and update technical documentation for projects and deployed systems.
• Train and mentor teams on best practices and new technologies.
