Corsica Sole is seeking a Solar PV and Energy Storage Operations Specialist to report to the Operations Manager. You will monitor the day-to-day operation of our solar PV and energy storage asset portfolio and support optimization of the monitoring platform.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in renewables, with hands-on knowledge of PV systems, IT tools, and Excel. You will manage logs, coordinate with EDF and maintenance teams, and participate in on-call shifts.

• Bachelor’s degree (or Bac+3) in Energy/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in renewable energy, PV, or O&M activities.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with IT/digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor day-to-day operation of the solar PV and energy storage asset portfolio.
• Identify faults and alarms via the central monitoring platform.
• Maintain and update the operations logbook.
• Assist with configuration and optimization of the monitoring platform.
• Support analysis and diagnosis of technical issues.
• Monitor energy production and analyze plant performance indicators.
• Manage invoicing for electricity generated.
• Act as a primary contact with EDF, security providers, maintenance teams, etc.
• Participate in on-call rotation including evenings and weekends.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will serve as a Solar PV and Energy Storage Operations Specialist.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Monitoring the day-to-day operation of the entire solar PV and energy storage asset portfolio;
• Identifying faults and alarms through the central monitoring platform;
• Maintaining and updating the operations logbook;
• Assisting with the configuration and optimization of the monitoring platform;
• Supporting the analysis and diagnosis of technical issues;
• Monitoring energy production and analyzing plant performance indicators;
• Managing the invoicing process for the electricity generated;
• Acting as a key point of contact with various stakeholders (EDF, security monitoring providers, maintenance teams, etc.);
• Participating in the operational on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends.

Candidate profile

You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+3) in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. You are either a recent graduate or have one to two years of experience in renewable energy, photovoltaics, or operations and maintenance activities.

You have a good understanding of and practical experience with:

• Photovoltaic technologies and systems;
• IT and digital tools;
• Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

With strong organizational and analytical skills, you can effectively manage priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Dynamic and detail-oriented, you are capable of working independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
