Eni Plenitude Renewables France seeks a Head of Asset Management to lead nationwide O&M coordination and lifecycle management of photovoltaic assets. You will optimize operational, economic, and regulatory performance across the asset portfolio.

Required: Master’s in Electrical or Energy Engineering, PV sector experience, fluent French and English, and national mobility (~twice monthly). Based in Paris, permanent role with strong growth and regulatory exposure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering and PV sector experience.
• Strong knowledge of PV solar technologies and LV/MV electrical systems.
• Knowledge of battery storage systems (BESS) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in French (native or C2) and English (B2).
• National mobility with travel about twice a month.

Responsabilités

• Technical management of assets.
• Oversight of AM and O&M contracts.
• Performance monitoring (PR, availability, production).
• Validation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervision of major interventions.
• Analysis of performance deviations and action plans.
• Regular on-site technical inspections.
• Financial and contractual management.
• Monitoring of the OPEX budget.
• Revenue analysis (PPA, remuneration, market).
• Management of insurance and claims.
• Monitoring of supplier warranties.
• Preparation of periodic reporting.
• Asset optimisation and identification of technical improvements.
