Were seeking a Software Technical Writer (m / f / d) who is passionate about turning complex ideas into clear impactful content that drives understanding and action.
As part of our Documentation team you’ll :
play a pivotal role in transforming how we enable both internal and external users
craft intuitive high-impact content that leverages AI-enhanced tools and insights to improve clarity accessibility and user experience
collaborate closely with Product Owners SMEs and cross-functional teams to research write design and deliver high-quality product documentation
Your work will directly influence how our customers engage with Enablon products and realize their full potential.
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent level of written and spoken English
Prior experience: 2 years working in a professional environment in a learning / content creation role
Experience in a software documentation environment would be a plus
Other Knowledge Skills Abilities or Certifications :
Technical Writing qualification or experience would be a plus
Detail-oriented with proactive organizational skills
Good communication initiative and the ability to work well in a team-based environment
Interest and desire to ensure the content has the desired impact and outcomes
Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Copilot Claude) for drafting editing or brainstorming content
Interest in learning how AI technologies (e.g. NLP machine learning LLMs) impact product functionality and user experience
Willingness to explore and adopt AI-assisted writing and documentation tools
