Mineo is hiring a Software Engineer, Java Backend to help enhance our AI-driven recruitment platform. You will design, build, and operate scalable Java backend microservices and collaborate across teams to improve talent matching.

The role emphasizes automation, cloud deployments, and code quality in a hybrid (on-site/remote) setup as Mineo continues to grow its global engineering team.

Qualifications

• MSC in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Java server-side development background.
• Experience with automation frameworks across multi-cloud regions.
• Familiarity with security and cryptography is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and operate scalable Java-based microservices.

Position: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Hybrid)

Your Role:
As a Software Engineer Java Backend at Mineo, youll be part of a dynamic team working to enhance our AI-powered platform. You will contribute to developing intelligent features, solving complex challenges, and refining algorithms that improve talent matching and streamline recruitment for businesses globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, validate, deploy, operate highly-scalable server-side Java- based microservices and their interaction with the Symphony ecosystem.
• Build and support automation and tooling required to build, deploy and operate the Symphony deliverables and containerized microservices in a public cloud Environment.
• Participate constructively and collaboratively in backend design and code Reviews.
• Collaborate with the product team to gather requirements and other engineering teams to perform product integration.
• Investigate issues or performance bottlenecks, document failure analysis, post- mortem, and root cause analysis when required.

What Were Looking For:

• MSC in Computer Science and 3+ years experience in software development, including proven experience in Java server-side development.
• Experience in using and enhancing automation frameworks in a multi-cloud, multi-region environment, using tools like Jenkins, Docker or using a GitOps Approach.
• Prior experience in security and cryptography development is highly Recommended.
• Experience in agile SCRUM methodology is a plus.
