Mineo is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team and help scale our AI-powered recruitment platform. You will manage global AWS infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system operability, stability, and performance in a hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with developers to optimize architectures, automate deployments, and maintain high availability for client-facing and internal systems, while embracing a DevOps culture and cloud-native practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, Aurora MySQL, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda)
• Experience with Containers and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience in Unix/Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Experience with logging/monitoring (DataDog, Splunk)
• Effective communication in fast-paced environments
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
• Networking experience
• ITIL knowledge

Responsabilités

• Manage our global AWS services and infrastructure and assist in deploying new features
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot issues with clear status updates
• Automate processes and adopt DevOps mentality
• Build and implement CI/CD pipelines in AWS with Jenkins/ArgoCD for one-click deployments
• Collaborate with development to ensure operability, stability and scalability of new architectures
• Act as a key SRE member managing system health, performance, and capacity
