Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform, is seeking engineers to build efficient web products used by thousands of users. You will work in a fast‑moving environment with Scala and TypeScript, handling high traffic, large datasets, and millisecond-scale decisions across offices in Israel, Slovenia, and France.

Qualifications

• Strong programming focus with emphasis on testing, architecture and quality.
• Experience with large, high-throughput distributed systems.
• Analytical mindset; prefer proving ideas before heavy development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across a global team.
• Proven track record with multiple shipped software projects.
• Knowledge of production release, observability and troubleshooting best practices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to research, develop, and deploy experiments and features with high impact on revenue.
• Create, design, develop, test, and monitor code in production autonomously and reliably.
• Work with Engineering Manager, Product Manager and teams to frame projects and ensure execution.
• Understand the business to provide relevant solutions to clients.
• Facilitate communication inside and outside of Teads.
• Stay current on new technologies and architectures and propose practical implementations.
