Your Role

Reporting to the Technology Innovation Director, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering cutting‑edge technologies that drive the next generation of payment solutions.

Your responsibilities will include

• Contributing to product ideation and design from concept to prototype.
• Designing and developing innovative solutions, selecting and integrating the right technologies.
• Writing and reviewing patents to protect our innovations.
• Leading cross‑functional teams and projects independently.
• Driving technology watch and research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture.
• Strong expertise in encryption and security.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Experience in retail or payment systems is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• Agile, Scrum, UML methodologies.
• Vue.js, TensorFlow, Bootstrap.
• Real‑time systems, Progressive Web Apps.
• Development for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.
• Chatbots and AI‑based applications.
• Strong understanding of SSL/TLS and secure communications.
