Location: Paris, France (Hybrid)

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and deliver software solutions that support commercial innovation across the healthcare value chain.
• Develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems aligned with Sanofi’s broader engineering strategy.
• Translate business and product requirements into high quality, performant code.
• Work closely with product owners, data scientists, data engineers, and fellow software engineers to deliver value quickly.
• Own technical decisions within your scope and take responsibility for execution and outcomes.
• Contribute to modern, cloud native architectures and help evolve team wide technical standards.
• Uphold strong engineering practices across testing, documentation, and code quality.
• Collaborate openly with cross functional partners and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to shared codebases, tools, and team initiatives, including less visible work that helps the whole team move faster.

Requirements

• You enjoy working in fast paced, innovative environments and are motivated by real world impact.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in English and are comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
• You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies while continuously improving how things are built.

Your background

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent practical expertise.
• Experience working in agile, product focused teams.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.

Technical requirements

• Hands on experience with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar tools.
• Experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of service oriented and decoupled architectures, API design, and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
• Build products that have a tangible impact on patient care and treatment access worldwide.
