Job summary

Maki is building the AI-powered solution that transforms talent acquisition and talent management. As a software engineer, you will own the full lifecycle of our AI products, from scope to delivery, applying a full-stack perspective.

You will work with TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL on Google Cloud, and front-end with ReactJS and GraphQL, keeping the stack cutting edge while collaborating with stakeholders to move fast and ship reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering full-stack applications.
• Strong ownership and ability to drive projects end-to-end.
• Experience with AI-powered product development is a plus.

• Scope and lead technical projects with a full-stack perspective, balancing speed and quality.

• Build reliable systems out of unpredictable components. You will figure out how to make AI agents consistently effective in a real-world environment.

• Keep our stack on the bleeding edge by leveraging the latest advancements in LLMs, vision models, and agent architectures.

• Work cross-functionally to unblock growth. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify user pain points and engineer solutions that solve them immediately.
