Amazon Data Services France SAS is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design and operate platforms that enable threat detection across the AWS account fleet. You will build scalable, well-tested Python/TypeScript services and work on automation that reduces manual toil.

You will own operational excellence and contribute to the reliability of Epoxy’s services, collaborating with partner teams while mentoring newer engineers and improving system resilience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing or architecting scalable systems.
• Experience programming with at least one of Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver features for AWS Security Epoxy's services with a clear business goal.
• Own operational excellence: instrument systems, set alarms, reduce toil through automation.
• Write high quality, well-tested code with documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and resolve high-severity issues.
• Improve resiliency, scalability, and safety of large-scale systems.
